Addy's birthday gave Lawrence a good excuse to get off campus for awhile, hop the train and flaunt what a good-looking couple they made amongst the pathetic humans. He thought the entire city of Lisbon would look better underwater but enjoyed his dinner nonetheless. Over dessert he presented her with a gift box containing her present, a solitaire diamond on a silver chain. He placed it around her neck, as a gentleman would, then later fucked her in the women's restroom as a gentleman definitely wouldn't.

A few hours later on the train ride back home he was smirking to himself. Feeling lazy, he unfastened the top buttons of his shirt and slumped a little in his seat so he could set his feet on the empty ones across from them. It was late, close to midnight, and the car they occupied was empty. He was thinking about what he was going to do to her when they got back to the dorm, something which had him idly touching himself through the pocket of his suit trousers.
